RETURNS

All sales are subject to a 14-Day return for full refund or credit, unless otherwise noted. All items must be returned in original packaging, to include all accessories, hardware, tags and documentation. All returns must have an RMA form filled out and boxed with item or they will not be accepted. Buyer pays return shipping, and it is strongly recommended to pay for insurance. Please contact sales@oneperformance.net for RMA processing.

 

ORDER AND SHIPPING CLAIMS

Any issues with orders should be reported within 36 hours. 

If there is any issue with the items you received (damaged, wrong parts/sizes) please contact us BEFORE you install or use the part/item. We cannot return used parts.

Custom built parts and parts made to order may require longer wait times before they ship.

DISCLAIMER

Some parts are intended for off road use. ONE Performance does not recommend using any parts listed as such for on road use. We encourage you to read and understand all local and state laws, before modifying any part of your vehicle.

Warranties

All warranties are provided by the manufacturers. 

ONE Performance does not warrant against any defects or failures caused buy installing or modifying a vehicle using items purchased from ONE Performance.
